In Latvia, sorting paper, plastic, glass, or metal waste comes with monetary rewards. Unfortunately, biowaste sorting offers no such benefits. Instead of asking people to sort biowaste, we invite them to donate it. We turned our biowaste processing plant into a cute character named BIPA, who feeds only on sorted biowaste. But BIPA is starving due to a lack of food. To help her, we transformed every biowaste container into a donation box, inviting everyone to contribute and keep BIPA fed.
